Digital Account Manager Job in Leeds/London
Key Objective:
We are looking for a confident, energetic and inspiring Digital Account Manager to be responsible for the success of a number of key accounts within the agency. Working as part of our account management team, you will be expected to be self-motivated and use your own initiative to play a pivotal role within the project team to ensure the successful coordination of activities across medium scale marketing projects with multiple dependencies, restrictive timelines and risks.
Key responsiblities:
- The management and growth of key accounts,
- Contributing towards the motivation of the client services team
- Contributing towards the management of the support team
You will work with clients to establish requirements at initial briefing in order to provide a comprehensive project summary with realistic budget expectations. Developing a deep knowledge of the client’s business, beyond digital marketing you will have a clear understanding of business priorities and success. This understanding with allow you to work alongside the client to advance their business needs and develop long-term account, strategy and marketing plans, fostering fuse8’s involvement in these plans.
Operating alongside our project management and wider digital teams, you will undertake long term project planning; manage WIPs and ensure the project team consistently delivers superior work. As someone used to managing budgets and delivering projects within projected costs, you will be experienced in and expected to deliver detailed marketing proposals, cost estimates and ROI models.
With an established and growing knowledge of emerging technologies and developments within the digital industry you will be well equipped to challenge client briefs where appropriate and demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas.

- Used to working to tight deadlines
- Business-savvy with a good commercial acumen
- Responsible and accountable for managing the overall client/account P&L
- Ensuring responsible financial management and monthly forecasts for your clients
- Ensure that fuse8 is associated with outstanding creative work that is both strategic and breakthrough.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years digital marketing experience within an agency environment
- Strategic thinker with excellent knowledge and experience of digital innovation and technologies
- Experience of working with and managing agency teams
- Outstanding client-facing skills
