Solution

  • fuse8 PR developed a business-to-business and trade media relations strategy in conjunction with fuse8’s media planning and buying division.
  • To facilitate this fuse8 PR worked with the Steadmans external and internal sales team to develop a rolling list of 25 significant projects that could be promoted as case studies through various channels.
  • In addition, fuse8 PR liaised with the company’s commercial director, to establish new products and product literature which could be launched.
  • In order to track the impact of the coverage, fuse8 PR employed Your Response, a media monitoring and enquiry service

Results

  • Positive coverage has been consistently achieved in key trade titles including RCI, Building Products, Keystone and Building
  • Responses showed a 50% increase in downloads of product literature from the Steadmans website in one month alone compared to the preceding four months.
  • Unique email addresses are also being collated through the enquiries system to enable targeted electronic direct mail and follow up by the Steadmans sales team
