Challenge To create a completely new key piece of literature for the Sequence national estate agency chain to tell potential home movers about the strengths of their service, reinforcing the reputation of Sequence, and their 11 regional trading names, as a market leader. Solution More than just a brochure! The Sequence marketing team provided interesting content and requested an interactive section for customers to complete. The key was to devise a layout that would look new and different, hold people’s interest and convey Sequence’s knowledge and expertise. Results The bold and simple design presents the credentials in a dynamic and effective way. The tear-out questionnaire section enables staff to extract vital information about the vendor’s property. A great success all round.
