Challenge

Premium home appliance manufacturer Miele needed to undergo a complete refresh of its entire UK point of sale collateral. There was inconsistency in-store, coupled with a lack of brand presence. Our task was to bring strong consumer benefits into all communications and develop a consistent visual theme that could work in both printed and online forms.

Solution

A new suite of work was created, covering a number of different areas, including laundry, vacuums, dishwashers and integrated products. The work delivered tangible reasons as to why customers should trade-up and buy Miele. New original photography was commissioned and simplified graphics and art direction implemented to ensure consistency and stand out within the in-store environment.

Results

Store and studio owners commented on how effective the new work was. As well as aiding and informing customers, the work found real favor amongst those selling the products on the shop floor. The POS actually prompted the consumer to enquire about the products more, helping to convert increased sales.
