Challenge

When we were commissioned by Dandara to redesign their website and make it search engine friendly, we were soon aware that this was a challenging project.

Dandara website proved to be an opportunity for us to put our web design and online marketing skills together with SEO knowledge to good use to create a appealing, easy-to-use website.

It was also an opportunity for us to collaborate with the talented web designer from Wales, Andy Clarke, an occasional contributor to the Web Standards Project and the author of the best selling Transcending CSS: The Fine Art of Web Design.

Solution

We focused on making the new website simple, useable and attractive.

For technical implementation we used an SEO-friendly content management system called Xplode360. Xplode360 CMS is based on the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.

As part of website development we built a web-based property CRM fully integrated with the in-house COINS and Encore software. Property CMR feeds property information out to all development specific websites as well as main corporate website in XML format. The system is also supplied with functionality to transmit property data to third party websites in future.

All website forms are fully integrated with e-mail marketing software, which enables Dandara to capture leads and react quickly with branded offers and updates.
