Challenge
A premium, commercial property proposition was required, but with an approach that would ultimately be used for a residential scheme - a new territory - especially in Bolton.
Solution
To create an identity that had empathy with the buildings it was marketing, a classic look and feel - where beautiful typography, computer generated imagery, photography and print techniques were used to create an outstanding solution to the brief.
Results
Immediate standout from the competition. A high quality approach, which has allowed Charles Topham to capitalise the value out of the development whilst at the same time furthering their self promotion of as the developer.
