After a review of their website, it was found that properties were poorly structured and inaccessible to search engines. The challenge was to rebuild their multilingual website using Xplode360 multilingual and
SEO-friendly CMS and optimise existing content of the English and German websites for search engines.
SolutionA multilingual website with an interactive flash generated masterplan which is easier to use, has stronger calls to action and dynamic search engine optimisation for villas and townhouses. The new website also displays a gallery of images for each villa type, links architects to villa types and is updated daily via the property management system Bom Sucesso use in house.
ResultsThe new multilingual website was rebuilt with search engine optimisation as the key driving force. A
pay per click management strategy and optimisation management strategy has been put into place which is ongoing.
