Digital Agency of the Year 2009

We also picked up three other awards at the event including Best Not For Profit Website or Campaign for the work it carried out on the Meningitis Research Foundation website, Best Professional Services Website or Campaign for the Forward Ladies ‘Girl Power Networking’ website and Best Use of Affiliate Marketing for the UK Trade & Investment/British Airways ‘British Airways Free Flights for Business’ campaign.

In addition to receiving the awards, we also received two commendations for Best use of Organic Search (SEO) for the Meningitis Research Foundation website and Best e-commerce Website for www.lovedbyyou.co.uk.

Speaking about the wins, our managing director Nigel Hunter, said: “I am delighted with the awards, in particular the prestigious digital agency of the year accolade. The whole team has worked really hard to deliver outstanding digital work over the past 12 months and it’s a testament to our effort and commitment.

“The competition at this year’s awards was tougher than ever and it’s great to see that the quality of our work shone through. I’m particularly pleased in the diversity of the projects we were recognised for. Add to this last year’s win for best use of organic search and we really do have a broad range of skills, equally recognised. This year’s awards re-affirms our positioning in the market as ‘the digital full service agency’.

“This year has been a fantastic one for fuse8 – seeing us secure a raft of new blue-chip clients and talented employees – and we’re all working towards continuing the success in 2010.”

The Drum Awards for the Digital Industries (DADI Awards) is the largest design award scheme outside of London and recognises creative and technical talent.
