fuse8 is pleased to announce that trading in its Ordinary Shares has commenced on AIM, following a withdrawal from PLUS.
fuse8 is a full service digital marketing specialist with offices in Leeds and Russia. Covering a wide spectrum of services, ranging from online development to Search Engine Optimisation ("SEO"), fuse8 centres most of its services around enhancing clients' reputations by helping to market and build their brands. The business has undergone substantial growth in the last few years.
fuse8 has more than doubled annualised revenue and operating profits since 2008 and in the six months to 30 September 2009 fuse8 achieved profit from continuing operations of £378k on revenues of approximately £2.1m.
There remains much scope for future growth, given the fragmented market in which fuse8 operates and the Directors believe fuse8 to be innovative and a leader in areas such as SEO. The Directors believe that the Admission to AIM will allow fuse8 to increase its market presence and profile and will thus assist in the organisation's future growth.
